Outsourcing can be a powerful route into technical and customer-facing careers, but only if the opportunities are genuinely open to everyone. At Maxed BPO, building teams where women thrive has been a deliberate choice, not a side effect.

Why it matters

Diverse teams make better decisions, understand a wider range of customers and catch problems that narrow teams miss. For clients, that shows up in better service and, in AI work, in data and evaluations with fewer blind spots. For the people involved, it means careers that might not otherwise have been open to them.

What we do

Transparent pay bands

Pay is set by role and level, using published bands, so two people doing the same job at the same level are paid the same. Our community work page reports a 0% gender pay gap.

Promotion on merit

Promotions follow clear criteria based on performance and capability. Making the criteria visible removes guesswork and helps people see what they need to do to progress.

Mentorship circles

Small groups meet regularly with experienced mentors to discuss work, careers and challenges. Mentorship starts early, so new joiners have support from their first weeks.

Leadership programmes for women

Structured programmes prepare women for team lead, quality, training and management roles. According to our leadership page, 48% of our leadership roles are held by women.

A delivery team built around opportunity

One of the stories we are proudest of is a large delivery team built around opening technical and customer-facing careers to women. Our success stories report that 62% of that team are women, more than 80 people have been promoted internally and retention reached 94%.

What other employers can take from this

  1. 1Publish pay bands and stick to them.
  2. 2Write down promotion criteria and share them.
  3. 3Start mentoring early, not only for future leaders.
  4. 4Measure representation at every level, not just overall.
  5. 5Treat flexibility and safety at work as essentials, not perks.
